Daddy at Newman's Shoe Shop in Hawkinsville
Daddy opened a shoe repair shop in Hawkinsville when he retired from Robins AFB Fire Department and ran it for several years. He repaired shoes and worked on Sewing Machines all over the area. the shop was located where Hawkinsville Telephone Company was originally which was 5 doors down from the Picture show and now Mike's office at 118 Commerce St.

Daddy's Motor Home
Mother and Daddy traveled all over the country in this Motor Home, from Up North to California to Florida. It was a large motor home and they would stay gone for weeks seeing the sights.
